LGSF ADVANTAGES
1. QUALITY
The technology of light-gauge thin-walled steel structures (LGSF) is a leading construction technology based on the latest scientific and technical inventions in the field of construction. Because of the automation of the manufacturing process and the extremely high quality of the equipment, tolerance in the frame geometry is only 1mm.
2. ADEQUATE PRICE
The light-gauge thin-walled steel frame is the most effective technology of the frame structures currently used in construction.
3. SIMPLE INSTALLATION
A light-weighted structure can be built on a lighter and, of course, simultaneously cheaper foundation. Because of its small weight, this technology is suitable for reconstruction and elevation of the existing buildings by constructing a superstructure or an additional story.
4. FAST, SIMPLE AND ACCURATE ASSEMBLY OF THE STRUCTURE
Every frame element is labeled with a separate typical marking. A quickly assembled structure significantly reduces the time consumption for construction works.
5. ECONOMICAL AS NO LIFTING MECHANISMS ARE USED
The light-gauge steel frame is assembled without any crane or heavy lifting technique. All frame elements, e.g. walls, overlays, and supporting elements (roof), are assembled, moved, and installed manually. It is especially important when there is no proper and high-quality access to the construction site or when there is not enough space for large-dimensions cranes.
6. ECONOMICAL BECAUSE NO WELDING IS REQUIRED
Light-gauge steel frame elements are not welded, they are simply fixed with self-drilling bolts or rivets.
7. NO SETTLEMENT
A distinctive characteristic of light-weighted metal frame structures is precise geometry and exceptional strength. The used metal ensures that the structure does not settle down or deform even after a long time period after its installation. Structures of LGSF retain their default geometry, whatever ambient humidity and temperature are.
8. WORK SEASONALITY
According to LGSF technology, structures are installed by using "dry" methods; however, they can be installed at any season of the year, under any appropriate weather conditions.
9. WIDE OPTIONS FOR INTERNAL LAYOUT
By using LGSF technology it is possible to create interior spaces of up to 23 m in height without any additional supporting structures. Architects and designers using these options can realize the boldest and most up-to-date interior solutions for modern housing.
10. STRENGTH AND RELIABILITY
The light-gauge steel frame is a strong and reliable structure, which is made of structural steel with a yield strength of 350-550MPa. Anti-corrosion rolled coating (275g/m2 of a layer of zinc with aluminum or magnesium additives) protects the metal from rust for fairly long service life.
11. OPERATION
The parameters of the buildings made of light-gauge steel structures are extremely accurate. These structures are protected from the biological effects of moisture and temperature fluctuations. Because of these characteristics, buildings can be operated for an extremely long time, and their repair work costs less than that of a traditional building; therefore, this makes them economically advantageous.
12. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Steel is an environmentally friendly material that has no odour and releases no harmful substances. Properly used steel structures do not make any damage to human health and environment. Frames are insulated with mineral wool or ecowool, i.e. recyclable organic materials.
13. CLEANLINESS
Clean construction site. Components of light-gauge thin-walled steel structures are manufactured in the plant. Depending on the project, the pre-fabricated frame elements are pre-assembled on the manufacturing site. Only those materials that are required for the construction of the entire building are supplied to the construction site. 100% of the supplied frame is consumed in full. No construction waste, cut segments, defective parts, etc. are generated.
